We would like to point out that there are security gaps in internet-based data transmission and that complete protection against access by third parties is therefore impossible.

Cookies

We use so-called cookies on our website to recognise multiple use of our offer by the same user/internet connection owner. Cookies are small text files that your internet browser stores on your computer. They serve to optimise our internet presence and our offers. These are mostly so-called "session cookies", which are deleted again after the end of your visit.

In some cases, however, these cookies emit information in order to recognise you automatically. This recognition is based on the IP address stored in the cookies. The information obtained in this way is used to optimise our offers and to provide you with easier access to our site.

You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of our website.

Server data

For technical reasons, the following data, among others, which your internet browser transmits to us or to our web space provider, is recorded (so-called server log files):

  • Browser type and version
  • Operating system used
  • Website from which you are visiting us (referrer URL)
  • Website you are visiting
  • Date and time of your access
  • Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and thus does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person. They are evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimise our website and our offers.

Contact possibility

On our website, we offer you the opportunity to contact us by e-mail and/or via a contact form. In this case, the information provided by the user will be stored for the purpose of processing the contact. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The data collected in this way is also not compared with data that may be collected by other components of our site.

Use of Google Maps with recommendation components

We use the "Google Maps" component on our website in combination with the so-called "share function". "Google Maps" is a service of Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter "Google".

Each time this component is called up, Google sets a cookie in order to process user settings and data when displaying the page on which the "Google Maps" component is integrated. As a rule, this cookie is not deleted by closing the browser, but expires after a certain time, unless you manually delete it beforehand.

If you do not agree with this processing of your data, you have the option of deactivating the "Google Maps" service and thus preventing the transfer of data to Google. To do this, you must deactivate the Java Script function in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use "Google Maps" or only to a limited extent.

The use of "Google Maps" and the information obtained via "Google Maps" is in accordance with Google's terms of use http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html.

and the additional terms and conditions for "Google Maps

https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html

The Google Maps feature also includes the following recommendation buttons:

"Google+ button" of the company Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA;

"facebook button" of the company facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA;

"Twitter Button" of the company Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

When you call up the "Google Maps" page, these "recommendation components" cause the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the component from the respective provider. This informs the respective provider - mentioned above - which specific page of our website you are currently visiting.

If you are logged in to your respective personal account with the aforementioned providers at the time you call up the "Google Maps" page, they may record the information thus obtained about the website you recommend, as well as your IP address and other browser-related information, and link it to your respective account.

If you wish to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behaviour on our website by the respective provider, you must log out of these providers before visiting our site.

You can find out more about the data collection of the respective providers via the following links:

Use of YouTube components with extended data protection mode

On our website we use components (videos) of the company YouTube, LLC 901 Cherry Ave., 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, a Google Inc. company, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.

In doing so, we use the option " - extended data protection mode - " provided by YouTube.

When you visit a page that has an embedded video, a connection is established to the YouTube servers and the content is displayed on the website by informing your browser.

According to YouTube's information, in " - extended data protection mode -" only data is transmitted to the YouTube server, in particular which of our Internet pages you have visited when you watch the video. If you are logged in to YouTube at the same time, this information is assigned to your member account with YouTube. You can prevent this by logging out of your member account before visiting our website.

Further information on YouTube privacy is provided by Google at the following link:https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/

Use of Vimeo components

We use components of the provider Vimeo on our website. Vimeo is a service of Vimeo LCC, 555 West 18th Street, New York, New York 10011, USA. Each time you call up our website, which is equipped with such a component, this component causes the browser you are using to download a corresponding representation of the component from Vimeo. If you visit our website and are logged in to Vimeo during this time, Vimeo recognises which specific page you are visiting through the information collected by the component and assigns this information to your personal account with Vimeo. If, for example, you click on the "Play" button or enter corresponding comments, this information is transmitted to your personal user account with Vimeo and stored there. In addition, the information that you have visited our site is passed on to Vimeo. This happens regardless of whether you click on the component/comment or not.

If you wish to prevent this transmission and storage of data about you and your behaviour on our website by Vimeo, you must log out of Vimeo before visiting our site. The Vimeo data protection information provides more detailed information on this, in particular on the collection and use of data by Vimeo: https://vimeo.com/privacy

Your application data will be collected and processed electronically by us for the purpose of processing the application procedure. If your application is followed by the conclusion of an employment contract, your transmitted data may be stored by us in your personnel file for the purpose of the usual organisational and administrative process in compliance with the relevant legal provisions.

If your job application is rejected, the data you submitted will be deleted automatically two months after notification of the rejection. This does not apply if longer storage is necessary due to legal requirements (for example, the duty of proof under the General Equal Treatment Act) or if you have expressly consented to longer storage in our database of interested parties.

Information / Revocation / Deletion

In accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act, you can contact us free of charge if you have any questions regarding the collection, processing or use of your personal data and the correction, blocking, deletion or revocation of consent given. We would like to point out that you have the right to correct incorrect data or delete personal data if this claim does not conflict with a legal obligation to retain data.
